We all had a terrible boss at some point in our lives, The kind of boss who makes it as difficult as possible to work, and that does not even seem know what the job is supposed to be.

A creative leader explores the talents of each person, listen to their opinions and is open to new perspectives, Does not try to micro manage, On the contrary gives freedom and waits for the results before judging, It isn´t always easy, and at the beginning might even provoque some Chaos if it is not implemented carefully.
But if you want to become a Creative leader, start listening carefully to everyone in your team, watch out for their undevelop talents and help them grow as individuals, that will bring you a srtonger leader position, respect, loyalty and you will be able to deliver results!
