I can’t imagine anyone being effective in business without having some insight into people. Business itself is such a subtle matter of taking a slight edge here and imperceptible edge there. Insight allows you to see beyond the present because person’s true nature, true self cannot change with situations.

It’s totally consistent! The better you know the person the more accurately you will predict how he or she is likely to react in almost any business situation. For all leaders it is INVALUABLE skill. But insight demands opening up your senses. Simply by watching and listening. As I was said several times in London: “Keep your eyes open and your mouth closed.”

The ability to listen and really to hear what someone is saying has great business implications, in selling there is no greater asset. But the bottom line is that to gain as well confidence in client’s eyes.

People trust these one who can mean what they say, keep attention of listening, follow principles and know the fair play rules! You don’t have to be perfect. In the end, be yourself, the right people will see it! The world, the business world is missing trustworthy people a lot!
